Recommended Intake
Take 1 capsule per week with sufficient liquid and during a meal or as instructed by your physician or practitioner.
Indications
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded.

Not suitable for children under the age of 11. Do not use this product if you are affected by hypercalcemia (high blood calcium) or hypercalciuria (raised concentration of calcium in the urine).
